SYNOPSIS:  Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Western Visayas and Northern Palawan will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and  Thunderstorms due to SW monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms will experience Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms.
