SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas. TROPICAL CYCLONE ADVISORY TROPICAL DEPRESSION LOCATION OF CENTER (3PM): 1,570 KM EAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (OUTSIDE PAR) (19.2 N, 136.5 E) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 55 KM/HR NEAR THE CENTER GUSTINESS: UP TO 65 KM/HR MOVEMENT: NORTH NORTHWEST AT 10 KM/HR

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Metro Manila,  Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Western Visayas will experience Occasional Rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate rains

Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region,  and Eastern Visayas will experience Cloudy  skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon/Trough of TD. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate rains

The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate rains  to at times heavy rains.
