PAGASA Weather Update for TD "INDAY" 4:00 PM 18 July 2018.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "INDAY" was estimated based on all available data at 755 km East of Basco, Batanes (19.0 N, 129.0 E) with maximum sustained winds of 60 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 75 km/h. Moving East at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Bataan, and Zambales will experience Monsoon rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate  with occasional heavy rains

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Occasional rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains

Visayas and Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers  due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains
