SYNOPSIS:   Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of  Luzon and Visayas. TROPICAL DEPRESSION LOCATION (AS OF 3PM): 2,235 KM EAST OF VISAYAS  (12.3 °N, 146.2 °E) (OUTSIDE PAR) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 60 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO 75 KM/H MOVEMENT: WEST NORTHWEST SLOWLY

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Palawan, Mindoro, and Western Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of  the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due  to localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
