PAGASA Weather Update for TS "INDAY" 4:00 PM 20 July 2018.

SYNOPSIS:    At 3:00 PM today,  the center of Severe  Tropical Storm "INDAY" was estimated based on all available data at 945 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes  (23.3 °N, 130.6 °E)  with maximum sustained winds of 90 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 115 km/h. Moving  Northwest slowly.  Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bataan, Zambales, Bulacan. Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija will experience Monsoon rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to moderate  with occasional heavy monsoon rains.

Rest of Luzon will experience Occasional rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Visayas and Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
