PAGASA Weather Update for TS "INDAY" as of 4:00 PM 19 July 2018.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "INDAY" was estimated based on all available data at 1,025 km East of Basco, Batanes (21.2 N, 131.8 E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. Moving Northeast at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bataan, Zambales, Batanes, and Babuyan Group of Island will experience Monsoon rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate  with occasional heavy rains

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Occasional rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains

Visayas and Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
