SYNOPSIS:  At 3AM today, the  Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data in the 60 km West of Ambulong, Batangas  (14.0 °N, 120.5 °E).  Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Luzon and Visayas.   TROPICAL CYCLONE ADVISORY TYPHOON "JONGDARI" LOCATION OF CENTER (3PM): 2,020 KM EAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (OUTSIDE PAR) (24.1 °N, 141.2 °E) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 120 KM/HR NEAR THE CENTER GUSTINESS: UP TO 145 KM/HR MOVEMENT: NORTHEAST @ 20 KM/H
