Meanwhile, at 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm SOULIK was estimated based on all available data at 2,175 km East of Northern Luzon (17.2 °N, 142.2 °E)[OUTSIDE PAR] with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving North Northwest at 40 km/h.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 65 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER

MOVEMENT: WEST NORTHWEST AT 10 KM/H
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience cloudy skies scattered rains and thunderstorm due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to scattered rains and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods and landslides due to moderate to occasionally heavy rains or thunderstorms.
