SYNOPSIS:  Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

LOCATION (AS OF 3AM):  625 KM NORTH NORTHEAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (25.2N, 125.2E) [OUTSIDE PAR] LOCATION (AS OF 3AM): 2,230 KM EAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (20.8N, 143.4E) [OUTSIDE PAR]
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 75 KM/H MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS:  80 KM/H
GUSTINESS: UP TO 90 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO 95 KM/H
MOVEMENT: WEST NORTHWEST AT 25 KM/H MOVEMENT: NORTH AT 15 KM/H

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Metro Manila, Batanes,  Babuyan Group of Islands, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, and MIMAROPA will experience Monsoon Rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to moderate to occasional heavy rains.

Western Visayas and the rest of  Luzon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to scattered rains and thunderstorms.

Mindanao and the rest of Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods and landslides due to moderate to occasionally heavy rains or thunderstorms.
