SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,000 km E of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.0N, 134.8 E). Southwest Monsoon  affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. TYPHOON  JEBI @ 03:00 AM LOCATION: 3,030 KM EAST OF  NORTHERN LUZON  (17.4N, 150.3E) [OUTSIDE PAR] MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS:   140 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO   170 KM/H MOVEMENT: WEST NORTHWEST AT 20 KM/H  

 

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.  Possible flash floods and landslides due to  severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the  rest of  the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods and landslides due to  severe thunderstorms.
