Meanwhile, at 3:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon SOULIK was located based on all available data at 1,360 km Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (27.1 °N, 133.2 °E)[OUTSIDE PAR] with maximum sustained winds of 160 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 195 km/h. It is moving West Northwest at 20 km/h.

MOVEMENT: NORTHWEST AT 20 KM/H
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales and Bataan will experience monsoon rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods and landslides due to moderate to occasionally heavy rains.Metro Manila, the rest of Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Mindoro provinces, and Northern Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.
