Weather Situation based on NCR_PRSD:Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite and Batangas. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies w/ isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms is expected over the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to occasionally strong winds blowing from southwest will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
