SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting the Western section of the country.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS
Metro Manila,  Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro,   Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, and ARMM will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.  Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms.

Rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms  due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms.
