SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 200 km North of Basco, Batanes (22.2°N, 122.3°E).

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 130 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER
GUSTINESS: UP TO 160 KM/H
MOVEMENT: WEST SOUTHWEST AT 35 KM/H
