PAGASA Weather Update for Tropical Depression "Neneng" & Typhoon {Mangkhut} as of 4:00 PM 10 September 2018.

At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "Neneng" was estimated based on all available data at 150 km North Northwest of Basco, Batanes (21.7 N, 121.4 E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65km/h. It is moving West Northwest at 10 km/h.

Location of the Eye @3PM: 2,225 KM EAST OF SOUTHERN LUZON (14.2 N, 145.1 e) OUTSIDE PAR.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 150 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER
GUSTINESS: UP TO 185 KM/H
MOVEMENT: WEST AT 35 KM/H

Forecast Weather Condition:

Babuyan Group of Islands, Ilocos Provinces, CAR and Cagagyan Valley will experience closudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thuderstorm caused by Trough of TD "Neneng".

Batanes will experience occcasional rains with gusty winds caused by TD "Neneng".

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.
