Sysnopsis: At 3:00 PM today, Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 130 km West of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro (13.2N, 120.0E). Meanwhile, another Low Pressure Ares (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 695 km East Northeast of Basco Batanes (21.9N, 128.5E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
