    SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. 
    CALABARZON,  Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, and  Northern Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.
