SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon “PAENG” was located based at 1,100 km of East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (18.1°N, 132.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 170 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 210 km/h. It is moving West Northwest at 20km/h.

NCR Weather Situation: PPartly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds blowing from northwest to west will prevail and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
