SYNOPSIS: SIntertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

NCR Weather Situation: The provinces of Quezon, Laguna, Batangas, and Cavite will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds coming from northeast becoming east to southeast will prevail over these areas and the forecast area will be slight to moderate.
