NCR Weather Situation:Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area. Light to moderate winds coming from the northeast to east will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be moderate.
