NCR Weather Situation: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds coming east to southeast will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
