NCR Weather Situation: Partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area. Light to occasionally strong winds coming from northeast to east will prevail while becoming north to northwest over Zambales. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate while becoming moderate to occasionally rough over Quezon.
