NCR Weather Situation: Partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will be experience over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area. Light to occasionally strong winds coming northeast to east will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to occasionally rough.
