NCR Weather Situation: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Moderate to strong winds coming from the northeast will prevail over Rizal and Quezon Province and light to moderate winds coming from east to northeast will prevail over the rest of the areas. The coastal waters over Quezon Province will be moderate to rough and slight to moderate over the rest of the areas.
