SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 990 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.2 N, 131.0 E). Easterlies affecting the eastern section of Mindanao.

NCR Weather Situation: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds coming from northeast to east will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
