PAGASA Public Weather Update as of 4:00 AM 28 November 2018.

Synopsis:  At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) (formerly "TOMAS" {MAN-YI}) was estimated based on all available data at 1,335 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (24.2 N, 134.3 E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION



Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No significant impact.

NCR - Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area. Light to occasionally strong winds coming from northeast to east will prevail and becoming northwest over Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales and Bataan. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to occasionally rough.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.
