PAGASA Public Weather Update for LPA as of 4:00 AM 23 December 2018.

Synopsis: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 165 km Northeast of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte (10.7 N, 126.7 E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION



Visayas and Bicol Region will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to LPA.  Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon and CALABARZON will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon . No significant impact.

The rest of Luzon Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will experience Northeast Monsoon.  No significant impact.

Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms..
