SYNOPSIS:  Trough of a Low Pressure Area affecting Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

Weather Condition:  Northern Mindanao, CARAGA and Davao Region Mindanao will experienced cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of Low Pressure Area. The rest of Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm. Eastern section of Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds coming from the Northeast with moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, light to moderate winds from Northeast will prevail with moderate to rough seas.
