FOR: TYPHOON {WUTIP} [OUT. PAR]

According to PAGASA weather specialist Gener Quitlong, Northeasterly Surface Windflow is affecting Luzon and Visayas.  However, aside from that, the new weather system being monitored by PAGASA with an international name "WUTIP" was last located at distance of 2,185 km east of Mindanao (*3pm). The Typhoon has strength of 145 km/hr near the center, gustiness of up to 180 km/hr moving 20 km/hr northwest.  This weather system has less chance to enter PAR any may re-curved taking the direction of southeast and even though there is no weather advisory issued, it is safe to say that we still monitor the updates of PAGASA for possible changes in the above-mentioned data.
