Synopsis: at 2:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 925 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (90 degree North, 134.7 degree East) embedded along Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.

Forecast Weather Condition:
Visayas, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, and Northern Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by ITCZ.  Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshower due to localized thunderstorms.  Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
