PAGASA Weather Update for LPA as of 4:00 PM 23 June 2019.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 625 km Northeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar or 680 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (14.2N, 130.5E)

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION

Visayas, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, and Zamboanga Peninsula will experience cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorm due to Trough of LPA.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

NCR
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area. Light to moderate winds coming from south to southwest will prevail and the coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate.

Southern Luzon
aulap na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong mga pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog ang inaasahan sa Kabikulan, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon at Northern Samar. Mahina hanggang sa katamtamang hangin mula sa Timog hanggang Timog-kanluran ang iiral na may banayad hanggang sa katamtamang pag-alon ng karagatan.

Visayas
Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will be cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorm due to the trough of LPA.
Light to moderate winds from the South to Southwest will prevail over the Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.

Mindanao
CARAGA, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of Low Pressure Area (LPA). Rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from South to Southwest with slight to moderate seas.
