PAGASA Weather Forecast Update for New LPA as of 5:00 AM 26 August 2019.

Issued at 05:00 AM, 26 August 2019 Synposis: :At 3:00 am today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 770 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (12.2 N, 132.7E)°. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.
This LPA also expected to developed into Tropical Depression in the following day and will be called "Jenny". According to Weather Specialist Benison Estareja (25 Aug. '19), the LPA when developed into Tropical Depression has landfall scenario over Norther Luzon.
