Issued at 05:00 AM, 21 August 2019 Synposis: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "INENG" was estimated at 975°km East of Virac, Catanduanes or 1,245 km East of Infanta, Quezon (14.6°N, 133.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving North at 10 km/h.°Southwest Monsoon affecting extreme Northern Luzon.
