Issued at 05:00 AAM, 05 August 2019 Synposis: At 3:00 M today, the center of Tropical Storm "Hanna" was estimated based on all available data at 940 km east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan  (18.2N,130.6E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph and gustiness of 90 kph.
