PAGASA Weather Forecast Update for TD "Nimfa" and New LPA as of 5:00 AM, September 18, 2019.

Issued at 05:00 AM, September 18, 2019 Synposis At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "NIMFA" was estimated based on all available data at 670 km East of Basco, Batanes°(20.8°N, 128.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is almost stationary. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity San Jose, Tarlac (15.5°N, 120.5°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon and Western Visayas.
