PAGASA Weather Forecast Update for Typhoon "Liwayway" as of 05:00 PM, September 04 2019.

Issued at 05:00 PM, September 04, 2019 Synposis  At 3:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "LIWAYWAY" {LINGLING} was estimated based on all available data at 420 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.6°N, 125.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 170 km/h. It is moving Northeast at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Meanwhile, a Low Pressure Area was estimated based on all available data at 860 km East Northeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur ( 10.4°N, 133.9°E).Monsoon affecting Luzon and Western Visayas.
