PAGASA Weather Update for Tropical Depression as of 5:00 PM 27 September 2019.

Issued at 05:00 PM, September 27, 2019 Synposis Northeasterly surface windflow°prevailing°over Extreme Northern Luzon. Easterlies prevailing over the eastern section of the country.
The Tropical Depression (outside PAR) has maintained its strength as it moves west-northwestward over the Philippine Sea. Location of Center  (10:00 AM today). The center of Tropical Depression "" was estimated based on all available data at 1,410 km East of Visayas (OUTSIDE PAR)(13.2°N,138.5°E). The LPA developed into a Tropical Depression (TD) at 2:00 AM today. The TD is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) within 24 - 36 hrs and will be named "ONYOK" The TD may intensify into a Tropical Storm within 24 hrs. This weather disturbance is less likely to make landfall in any part of the country.

• Maximum Sustained Winds: 45 km/h near the center
• Gustiness: Up to 55 km/h
• Movement: West Northwest at 30 km/h
