CLASS CANCELLATION: Monday, Dec. 2, 2019 due to Typhoon Tisoy.

[WALANG PASOK] 02 December 2019 due to Typhoon Tisoy

Due to bad weather condition brought by Typhoon Tisoy, classes on the following areas were suspended:

  1. Albay — all levels, public and private (Monday and Tuesday)
  2. Camarines Norte — all levels, public and private
  3. Camarines Sur — all levels
  4. Catanduanes — all levels
  5. Cavite — all levels, public and private
  6. Laguna
  7. Metro Manila
    1.   Mandaluyong — all levels, public and private
    2.   Manila — pre-school- kindergarten
    3.   Marikina — pre-school- kindergarten
    4.   Muntinlupa — all levels, public and private
    5.   Parañaque — all levels, public and private
    6.   Pateros — all levels, public and private
    7.   Valenzuela —Daycare, Preschool, and Kindergarten (public at private)
  8. Mindoro Oriental — all levels, public and private
  9. Quezon province — all levels, public and private
  10. Romblon – all levels, public and private (suspension effective December 1 until further notice)

Signal No. 1:  pre-school level, in the affected area,

Signal No. 2: pre-school, elementary and secondary levels, in the affected area

Signal No. 3: pre-school, elementary, secondary, and tertiary levels, in the affected area

The PAGASA shall issue weather forecasts not later than 10:00 PM of the previous day and 4:30 AM of the day of the intended cancellation of classes and work.

In cases where there are classes and work in the morning and suspension of classes and work is only effective in the afternoon, PAGASA should issue the forecast not later than 11:00 AM of the said day.
