Issued at 05:00 AM, November 11, 2019 Synposis  Trough of Low Pressure Area affecting the eastern section of the country. The LPA is at distance of 1210 km east of Southern Luzon.

REGIONAL FORECAST:
CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region and Aurora  will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
