Issued at 05:00 PM, November 10, 2019 Synposis  Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting Northern Luzon. A New LPA is being monitored outside PAR.

REGIONAL FORECAST:
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Bicol Region, and the provinces of Rizal and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Tail end of a Cold Front Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
