PAGASA Weather Update for Typhoon {KAMMURI} as of 5:00 AM 30 November.

Issued at 05:00 AM, November 30, 2019 | Latest Typhoon Tisoy as of 5:00 PM 30 November| Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.
"KAMMURI" is forecast to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) today (30 November) and will be named "TISOY" as the 20th Philippine tropical cyclone for 2019. Once it enters the PAR, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #1 may be raised over Northern and Eastern Samar.

Cancellation of maritime travel may be experienced over these areas. Further intensification of "KAMMURI" is likely before it makes landfall. Intensification into a SUPER TYPHOON is less likely at this time but not ruled out. Typhoon "KAMMURI" may bring moderate to heavy rains and thunderstorms starting Monday (02 December) over Bicol Region and Samar provinces. Most of the areas in Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Metro Manila will experience strong winds and heavy rains on 03 December (Tuesday) and 04 December (Wednesday) - Issued at 11:00 AM, 30 November 2019

REGIONAL FORECAST: Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon due to Cloudy skies with scattered rains. Northeast Monsoon No Significant impact.
Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No Significant impact.
