REGIONAL FORECAST:
Caraga, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi Tawi, and Southern Palawan will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Possible flash floods or rain induced landslides during severe thunderstorm.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Windy conditions in coastal and mountainous areas.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.
Visayas and the rest of Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or rain induced landslides during severe thunderstorm.
