ISSUED AT 5:00 PM, 08  December 2019 Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting Bicol Region. °Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon
REGIONAL FORECAST:
Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and Quezon Province will experience Cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Tail End of a Cold Front. Possible flash floods or rain-induced landslides during severe thunderstorm.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Ilocos Provinces will experince Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Gusty conditions in coastal and mountainous areas.
Mindanao, Palawan and the rest of Visayas will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or rain-induced landslides during severe thunderstorm.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rainsdue to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.
