TYPHOON "TISOY" SLIGHTLY WEAKENS WHILE MOVING WESTWARD.
At 3:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon "TISOY" {KAMMURI} was estimated based on all available data at 905 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (13.2 °N, 132.6 °E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It is moving West at 15 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.
Rainfall outlook for tomorrow (02 December): Occasional to frequent heavy rains over Bicol Region, Samar provinces, and Biliran. Moderate to occasional heavy rains over Romblon, Marinduque, and Quezon.
Rainfall outlook for Tuesday (03 December): Frequent to continuous heavy rains over Metro Manila, Bicol Region, CALABARZON, Mindoro provinces, Marinduque, Romblon, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, and Bulacan. Moderate to occasional heavy rains over Aklan, Capiz, northern portion of Antique, and the rest of Luzon
