ADVISORY & TUTORIAL FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION.

CPD COMPLIANCERenewal of Professional Identification Cards (PIC) without full CPD Compliance are accepted until December 2020.

NO SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT POLICYPlease be reminded that no appointment will be available on the same day of transaction (Exam Application, Initial Registration, PRC ID Renewal). All transacting clients are advised to set their appointment date in advance.

STEPS IN ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR EXAMINATION:

PART I: REGISTRATION AND SIGNING-IN
1. Click REGISTER > scroll and read TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRC Online Services before clicking I AGREE.
2. Input your your personal details before clicking REGISTER button. Don't forget to click the Recaptcha.
3. Now, Sign-in using your recently typed email address and password. If your forgot your password just, click Forgot password (Please be guided accordingly). 
Once in, you will see the MENU: Profile, Existing Transaction and Contact Us. Welcome to your dashboard.

PART II: COMPLETING/UPDATING PROFILE INFORMATION.
By clicking the EDIT button, you are able to complete your information under: Personal Information, Contact Details, Family Background, Education, Employment, Valid ID (Passport for SPLE Applicants) and Other information. *Do not leave those in asterisk (*)  textbox. Once done just click SAVE INFORMATION at the bottom part section (scroll down). Then Upload photo (click the camera image) -  2x2 in size in plain white background in a decent attire with collar.The photos must be taken no more than 6 months prior to uploading. Ears should not be covered.

PART III: SELECTING TRANSACTION: Click the SELECT TRANSACTION.
STEP 1: Choose your transaction below: *We will choose EXAMINATION for this tutorial.
1. EXAMINATION - Online application of various licensure examinations with requirements to be submitted upon processing/issuance of Notice of Admission.
2. INITIAL REGISTRATION - Online Registration of new passers/successful examinees for the issuance of their licenses.
3. RENEWAL - Online renewal of Professional Identification Cards of Registered Professionals.
4. DUPLICATE - Online Application for PRC ID replacement, if lost.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS 2. VALID Id
5. CERTIFICATIONS - Online Application of Certification.

STEP 2: Filled-up the information before clicking the PROCEED button. *We will choose PROFESSIONAL TEACHER as sample. You will be opted to view complete requirements then just click PROCEED again.

STEP 3: PROFILE APPOINTMENT > Select Preferred PRC Regional Office > Once selected, (*Let say for example LUCENA) SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME will automatically appear at the right side. You may reschedule your appointment by clicking the RESCHEDULE? button and citing your reason. Once you're okay with the schedule just click the PROCEED button. The Payment Fee for the examination is Php 900.00

PART IV: PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. Credit Card | Debit ATM  (Mastercard, VISA, Paymaya, JCB
+ 1.25% (of the total transaction amount) convenience fee

3. BancNet | Landbank | Gcash
+ PHP 10.00 convenience fee (LBP)
+ PHP 20.00 convenience fee (GCash / Bancnet)

NOTE: Please be informed that once you click the SUBMIT button, you will be required to pay thru the LBP ePayment Portal and you can use this reference number only once.
If you click the SUBMIT button and did not transact and pay thru the LBP ePayment Portal, this transaction will automatically be cancelled by Landbank.
Click the OK button if you want to continue, otherwise, click the CANCEL button and choose another payment option. Please be guided accordingly.
