Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and and Eastern Visayas.
REGIONAL FORECAST
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Possible occasional to frequent gusts especially in mountainous and coastal areas.
Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Intertropical Convergence Zone. Possible flash floods or landslides in high risk areas during heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, Eastern Visayas will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Possible intermittent gusts especially in mountainous and coastal areas.
The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy skies to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible isolated flash floods or landslides in high risk areas during severe thunderstorms
