SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon
The LPA being monitored is located at distance of 2124 km east of Mindanao. Possible enter PAR by Sunday but has low chance in developing into Depression.
REGIONAL FORECAST
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Possible occasional strong winds especially in coastal and mountainous areas.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.
Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers Localized due to Thunderstorm. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
