SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Visayas.
REGIONAL FORECAST
Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstoms.
Bicol Region, Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will expereince partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.
The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstoms.
