REGIONAL FORECAST
Eastern and Central Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Tail End of a Cold Front. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Batangas, Cavite, Laguna and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms due to Volcanic Activity. Possible reduced visibility and mudflow during ashfall and light to moderate rains.
