SYNOPSIS: Tail-End of a Cold Front (TECF) affecting Eastern Visayas. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.
REGIONAL FORECAST
Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to TECF. Possible flash floods or landslides in high risk areas during severe thunderstorms.
Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Aurora  will experience cloudy skies with scattered light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Possible occasional to frequent gusts especially in mountainous and coastal areas.
Palawan and the rest of Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy skies to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible isolated flash floods or landslides in high risk areas during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy skies to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Possible intermittent gusts especially in mountainous and coastal areas.
